I just took this bag to hawaii with more than enough cloths and stuff to last me 2 weeks. I still had loads of room for all the stuff I bought. It can easily hold more than the 50 lb. weight limit for most airlines. Not to mention that its rough and tough. this thing is heavy duty. I cant wait to use it again.

I purchased this bag for my husband who was traveling overseas for a research project. He needed to carry equipment along with clothing. Through many airline connections, bus travel and car rides, the bag remained intact and protected its contents. No doubt, the bag is extra large, and when packed full is heavy, therefore the wheels and handle are essential and are sturdy. When full, I believe it would be too heavy to be carried as a backpack, but the option is there for lighter loads. It stores almost flat and therefore fits in a closet or under a bed easily. We'll be using it again for traveling together or more research projects.

The bag is just great and will be easy for me to use on my travells. But I hope it can take the bumps and throwing around when the airport workers throw the bags on the plane, that is one of the reasons why I sent for a durable bag. Most air-lines donot take reponsiblity for the damage that most bags receive. I give my bag 4 stars, thank you.
