On my 1st use the luggage broke. The bottom of the 26 inch suitcase broke and now will not stand by itself. I bought samsonite because i thought it was goin to be dependable i was wrong.

I guess I relied too much on the Samsonite name. I do now find the quality of this set to worth the price. The fit and finish are poor and the zippers do not work smoothly. I would NOT purchase this item again.

I've had this set for almost 3 years and have traveled on average once a month with the two rolling bags and smallest bag. The black does get dirty but is not hard to clean. We're not too hard on our Luggage, and mostly travel by car, but our set shows very little wear to date. The quality is good though I know that you can spend more money and get awesome quality. I would buy this set again.

This luggage set is way more worth than what it costs. Stick to samsonite – they know what they are making. Used 26" baggage during my travel to india, stuffed with 32kg weight which withstood the battering, yet in perfect condition without any wear and tear!!

I ordered 2 of these suitcases – 1 for myself & 1 for my 21-yr-old son. We are going to Europe for 3 weeks & needed something large enough to get us through & still be within TSA guidelines. They arrived very quickly – faster than I was told! They were packaged very well – no damage at all. The suitcases are extremely roomy & the spinner wheels are outstanding! You can pull with one hand…& the expandable handle is easy to use.
They came with TSA locks on each – so I didn't have to buy them..
This style seems very durable – as I had expected from Samsonite. Also, the zippers are very sturdy – I don't expect any issues with them…I went to the Samsonite store in the mall close to where I live & theirs cost about double the price I paid with Amazon. This is a great suitcase for a great price!
Can't wait to test them on our trip….

Given the quality and spinner wheels which makes this the easiest to use luggage I have ever encountered. The Samsonite Silhouette line is all you need when it comes to luggage.

If you need only one bag to long travels, this is it. Very easy to transport, due to the spinner system. It's beautiful and useful.

1 trip to mexico it came back with a huge cut from it. I am guessing it caught a sharp piece of metal and was drug filled.
PS, we bought thinking that we could pack our stuff into one and not carry tons of suitcases around. WRONG. $25 for a bag fee + $50 if its overweight. Pack this full, its overweight. Stupid. We've had to take jeans out at the airport counters.
Rolling swivel features are nice. Just be ware
