I received these sandals last week, wore them to work for a full day and love them! No time needed to adjust wearing them. Very comfortable. I purchased them in natural in my size-(9) and they fit perfect. Thinking I may have to see what other colors are available. These are great with straight jeans or flirty dresses.

I got these both in the silver/white AND the taupe leather. They are very cute. Dressy enough for a skirt, but casual enough for shorts. Nine West always seems to run very slightly small, both in width and in length, but I have never gone up even a half size…these are no different. If you lean towards the wide or long end of you size, you might have a little trouble.
Also, the leather with the taupe ones is odd. It is almost like tiny "fins" in the leather, it is not smooth. Not exactly suede…it almost reminds me of the back of an air conditioner or something. You can even run your fingernail along it and seem them move. I don't think it makes them less attractive, just different. You can see it if you zoom in on the photo. I just wanted to mention it in case someone was expecting a smooth leather. If so, the "dark natural" ones look smooth. The white and silver ones were not like that.
